Production steps
Soften butter: Soften butter at room temperature until it can be easily pressed with your fingers.
Mix butter and sugar: Mix softened butter with granulated sugar and vanilla cream, and use an electric whisk to beat until the color becomes lighter.
Add eggs: Add eggs in portions, beat well after each addition, and ensure that the egg mixture is completely absorbed before adding the next one.
Blended flour: Sift the low gluten flour and add it to the whipped butter mixture, stirring evenly. If using cheese powder and baking soda, also add them to the mixture at this time.
Mounting Bag: Put the batter into the mounting bag and prepare for mounting.
Preheat iron plate: Set the temperature of the upper iron plate to 95 ℃ and the lower iron plate to 135 ℃, preheat for 40 seconds. Use a timer to count down for 40 seconds to ensure accurate temperature control.
Making egg rolls: squeeze the batter onto the preheated iron plate, roll it up with stainless steel tube, and quickly shape it. Flip the surface every 40 seconds for a total of 1 minute and 20 seconds.
Note: If chocolate or nougat is used as the sandwich, it can be injected when the egg rolls is not completely cooled. Chocolate needs to be melted in water or heated in the microwave for 10-20 seconds before use, quickly injected and rotated to shape.
Cooling and storage.
Taste changes
Vanilla flavor: Add vanilla paste to the batter.
Black sesame flavor: Add black sesame powder to the batter.
Matcha flavor: Add matcha powder to the batter.
Coffee flavor: Add coffee powder to the batter.
Coconut fragrance and red velvet flavor: Add coconut milk and red velvet food coloring to the batter.
