Raw materials:

Production method:

*Mix eggs with water evenly, add flour, and knead into a dough. After letting the dough sit for half an hour, cut it into thin slices with a knife, then cut it into small strips, and sieve off the floating surface;

*Heat peanut oil to 120 ℃, add fine noodles, fry until yellow white, then remove and drain the oil;

*Boil sugar and water in a pot, add maltose, honey, and osmanthus flowers, and simmer until around 117 ℃. You can use your fingers to pull out a single thread;

*Mix the fried thin noodles with a layer of syrup; Place a layer of sesame seeds inside the frame, pour the noodles into the wooden frame and spread it flat, sprinkle some fruit ingredients, then cut it into shape with a knife and let it cool to serve;

*Heat the peanut oil in the pot over low heat until it is 80% hot. Fry the coil in the oil for about 1 minute until it turns golden red. Remove and serve.

Home made Sachima

Ingredients: 200g of high gluten flour/1 teaspoon of baking powder/3 eggs/approximately 20ml of water/

Sugar water ingredients: about 150g sugar/150g maltose/15g honey/40ml water/

Other: raisins, etc.

Method:

1. Mix flour, baking powder, and eggs with water, then knead them into dough on a cutting board and let it rest for 10 minutes. Sprinkle powder on top to prevent sticking, use a rolling pin to roll it into dough, and fold it towards the center (fold it into 4 folds). Cut the noodles into thin strips with a knife, spread them with flour, and then fry them in a wok over medium heat. Suggest frying for a while to make it more crispy. After frying, remove and drain the oil for later use.
