Ingredients required: 150g low gluten flour, 3 eggs, 100g milk, 40g butter, 6g baking powder, 50g sugar, 1g salt, 20g corn starch
Specific steps:
1. Sift the low gluten flour, corn starch, baking powder, and salt, pour them into a bowl, add sugar, and stir well.
2. Crack the eggs into another bowl, use an egg beater to beat until coarse, add sugar in three portions, and continue to beat until the egg mixture becomes thick and the color becomes lighter.
3. Heat the milk and butter until the butter melts, then pour the butter milk mixture into the egg mixture and stir evenly.
4. Pour the flour mixture into the egg mixture and use a rubber scraper to stir evenly until it becomes a delicate batter.
5. Let the batter stand for 15 minutes to fully utilize the baking powder.
