Composition of Sachima Automatic Production Line

Sachima automatic production line is usually composed of many links such as raw material processing, mixing, shaping and cutting, frying, cooling, sugar mixing, packaging, etc. Each link is equipped with advanced mechanical equipment, realizing the whole process automatic operation from raw materials to finished products.

1.  Raw Material Processing Area : This area is mainly responsible for the pretreatment of raw materials such as wheat flour, sugar, and eggs, including screening, weighing, mixing, and other steps. By using a precise measurement system, the accuracy of raw material ratios is ensured, laying a solid foundation for subsequent processes.

2. Mixing zone: After the raw materials enter the mixer, they are thoroughly mixed by the high-speed rotating mixing blades to form a uniform dough. This process is very important to the taste and texture of Sachima, and the mixing equipment is required to have strong power and accurate control system.

3.  Molding and cutting area : The mixed dough is fed into a molding machine, pressed into strips or other shapes by a mold, and then cut into uniform small pieces by a cutting device. The efficient operation of the molding and cutting area is directly related to the appearance and dimensional consistency of Sachima.

4.  Frying area : The cut Sachima block is sent to the fryer, which expands rapidly in high temperature oil and becomes golden and crisp. The frying machine adopts an advanced oil temperature control system to ensure stable oil temperature, and is equipped with an automatic filtration device to reduce oil pollution and improve frying efficiency.

5. Cooling area : The fried Sachima pieces need to be cooled to reduce the surface oil and improve the taste. Air cooling or water cooling is usually used in the cooling area to ensure that Sachima can drop to the appropriate temperature in a short time.

6. Sugar mixing area : The cooled Sachima pieces enter the sugar mixer and are fully mixed with syrup to form a sweet and delicious Sachima. The sugar blender shall be designed to ensure that the syrup is evenly attached to each Sachima to avoid caking or uneven distribution of syrup.

7. Packaging area : Finally, the Sachima mixed with sugar is sent to the packaging machine for automatic metering, bagging, sealing and other operations. The packaging machine can adjust the packaging specifications according to customer needs, while ensuring the sealing and aesthetics of the packaging.
